All products and services offered by the Shop are digital in nature and designed for use exclusively within the FiveM game servers of the connected communities. Products and services may include, but are not limited to, virtual items, memberships, and other digital content or services related to the gaming server.
3. No Refunds Policy
All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following situations:
- The user’s account is banned, suspended, or otherwise restricted by the server administrators due to a violation of server rules, policies, or other conduct issues.
- The user encounters technical issues, including but not limited to compatibility with hardware, software, or internet connectivity.
- The user chooses to discontinue their usage of purchased digital items, services, or memberships.
4. User Responsibility for Subscriptions and Memberships
It is the user's responsibility to cancel any recurring services, subscriptions, or memberships purchased from the Shop when they are no longer needed. Failure to do so may result in recurring charges, for which the Shop shall not be held responsible. Users may cancel services or subscriptions through their account settings on the Shop or by contacting support at https://discord.gg/themoddingcollective or the connected community's Discord server.
5. Account Responsibility and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts. The Shop will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a user’s account.
6. Ban or Restriction of Service
In the event of a ban or restriction of service due to a violation of server rules, these terms make clear that:
- All rights to purchased digital products and services within the server are forfeited.
- The Shop is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing any products, services, or memberships lost due to user misconduct or rule violations.
7. Digital Item and Service Availability
All digital items, memberships, and services are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or removed at the Shop’s sole discretion. If a product or service is discontinued, no compensation or replacement will be offered.
8. Modifications to Terms
TMC Stores reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Shop’s website or within the terms update section. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly check these Terms for updates.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TMC Stores shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services, or for any damages arising from suspension or termination of services or from loss of access to the gaming server.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Shop shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.
